Welcome to a new course at Abatic Academy.
Throughout this course we will learn the fundamental concepts of this system design protocol. When we talk about High Availability, we talk about a system in which the operational availability of a Database is guaranteed. A High Availability system will be one in which we are able to access the stored data while executing a security task, such as making backup copies of that system.
Throughout this course we will learn the tools available in PostgreSQL to implement High Availability in our system and thus scale PostgreSQL on several servers.
This course will consist of five classes, in which we will further develop the concepts mentioned here.
